Recommendation

After receiving proposals from three reputable companies, the committee selected Robert Tall and Associates, the representatives of Rodgers Organ Company.

This company has created pipe-digital organ combinations in 350 churches throughout Southern California. Their proposed work includes:

1. Supply and install a new three manual Rodgers Masterpiece Digital Organ Console (and complementing equipment).

2. Clean and re-voice the existing organ pipes so they will sound at their best.

3. Repair and adjust current problems in the pipe chambers.  

4. Mount a dozen speakers in the organ pipe chambers, the existing speaker cabinet over the chancel, and across the back of the sanctuary to create a surround sound effect.

5. Reset the Spanish Trumpets and complete its cabinetry.

6. Supply and connect a new stand-alone digital keyboard into the new three manual console.
